excellent location central location assorted pastries breakfast pastries room decoration tiny tv building lift single beds

the location was excellent, really central. the breakfast included assorted pastries and beverages. the decoration of the room with balcony was beautiful!!!

the tv was tiny, it hardly worked. we booked to stay in one building but we were put in another building without a lift. there were supposed to be a double bed but instead i got two singles.

comfortable bed excellent location easy transport worn carpets small elevator small room

the room was very clean the bed and pillows were comfortable. the location was close to san marco square i could easily return to my room. a vaporetto stop was nearby it made transport easy.

the carpets seemed worn it needed some updating. the elevator was quirky it was small. the room was small as well

fantastic stay near san marco

helpful staff excellent location clean room convenient storage

The staff was helpful and friendly (they even helped me with my heavy luggage). the location was excellent. I could easily walk to major attractions. the room was always nice and neat, perfect after a day of exploring. i really liked that they offered luggage storage after checkout, that was a great convenience.

the elevator required holding the button continuously during operation.

The breakfast service offers one bread roll and two thin slices of cheese per person. The wait time for coffee was sometimes long. however, there were some nice local bakeries just around the corner (i got a cannoli!).

the hotel has a lift available , providing convenient access to upper floors. the ability to leave luggage after checkout was very helpful for my travel plans (thanks again!). this service made my last day much easier.

Central Location and Clean Rooms

central location good ventilation friendly staff

The location was very central, close to restaurants and shops. The ventilation in my room was good. The air conditioner worked well. The staff members were helpful and friendly to all guests.

The elevator requires constant button pressing during the entire ride up.

The hotel includes a lift for guest luggage. This lift requires holding the button continuously during operation. This feature might be inconvenient for some guests with mobility issues.
